RE: OEM and ODM service with customers‘ label is available,various choice for the package as below:

Q3: Finished color?
RE: Standard colors: Black / White,other colors can be customized, based on MOQ 50PCS.
Q4: Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?
RE: For small order, express will be best. And for bulk order,ship by sea or train(Europe destination) is the best, but take much time. For urgent orders, we suggest via air to airport plus our ship partner send to your door.
Q5: Does Dualrays have the ability to do independence and development ?
RE: Our engineer department have 12 people. We have the research and development capability. We also collect regularly each customer feedback. We have product improvement and new product development.

RE: The description used to describe the effect of heating an object until it grows incandescently. RE: VO-Burning stops within 10 seconds on vertical specimen; drips of particles allowed as long as they are not inflamed.
HB-Slow burning on a horizonal specimen’s burning rate <76mm /min thickness <3mm or burning stops before 100mm.
TP(b)-Slow burning rate <50mm / min for thickness <3mm.
TP(a)-Self extinguishes and flaming and afterglow should not exceed 5 seconds once source the source of flame is removed.
